What Is The Empify Returns & Exchange Policy?
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us! If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@empify.com. We will gladly accept the return/exchange of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase.
How Long Will Shipping Take?
Our current turn-around time is 7-10 business days (not including weekends or postal holidays).
What Is The Empify Online Courses Policy?
Online courses, guides, and programs are non-refundable. Once the course is purchased/accessed, no refund will be granted regardless of the reason. All online training courses, guides and programs are tested extensively on all types of systems, browsers, and devices.
What Are Empify’s Subscription Terms?
You agree to pay the recurring subscription fee at the rates and frequency in effect when the charges are incurred, including any applicable taxes. Any changes to the subscription fee will take effect in the next billing period after we provide notice of the change.
When you join, you receive immediate access to exclusive downloadable guides, expert tips, and sessions. Because of this, we do not provide refunds on subscriptions. While there is no binding contract, all subscription payments are non-refundable once processed. You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
To cancel, log in to your WealthBuilders Community account from a desktop, go to Your Settings > Purchases, and update your Active Subscriptions.

Does Empify Offer Free Trials?
By subscribing, you agree to pay the recurring subscription fee at the rates and frequency in effect when charges are incurred, including any applicable taxes. Any fee changes will apply to the next billing period after we provide notice.
Free Trials
If you receive a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. However, once it ends, your credit card will be automatically charged for the next billing cycle (monthly or annual) unless you cancel beforehand.
- Free trials are limited to one per person. Attempting to register for a second trial will result in an automatic charge.
- No additional notice may be sent before the charge. You are responsible for tracking your trial’s expiration.
- To avoid charges, cancel before your trial ends.
No Refund Policy
Subscriptions grant immediate access to downloadable guides, expert tips, and premium sessions. Because of this, all payments are non-refundable once processed, including both monthly and annual plans.
- Annual subscriptions remain active until the end of the paid period but are not eligible for refunds.
Cancellation
You may cancel anytime to prevent future charges. To do so, log into your WealthBuilders Community account from a desktop, go to Your Settings > Purchases, and update your Active Subscriptions.
